EP61: Football in China and living with Arthritis

James Hollens, Diagnosed with Arthritis at 21, went to live and work in China, followed the local football team home and away. When his condition worsened James returned to the UK. Used exercise to combat isolation during lockdown, James then reached out to the charity Versus Arthritis to advocate for people with Arthritis.
